You know your body type – now what?

You know your body type – now what?

After the test, people tend to be overwhelmed with their Diet & Profile ebook – where to start?

1 - Read the Psychological Profile

The personality traits in this 4-page chapter is the best way to confirm you’ve chosen your correct body type. The “at best” characteristics reveal your potential, while the “at worst” characteristics show what you’re capable of. Where do you fit?

2 - Read the Dietary Guidelines Summary

This section is located just before the Sample Menus. These 2 pages summarize the key nutritional points specific to your body type, including tips for weight management. What would you like to implement? Make a plan for how to go about lifestyle changes that better support your body type.

3 - Review your Healthy Food List

The “Ultra Support or Frequently Foods” are the most supportive for your body type – plan your next few meals around some of these foods, and incorporate ingredients from the “Basic Support or Moderately Foods” list. The “Stressful or Rarely Foods” are ones you may already recognize as problematic in some way – choose a few to reduce consumption.

If you’re finding the ebook difficult to navigate, there is a paperback version available at BodyType.com as well as Amazon.com – just search for the title of your ebook.

Releasing Anxiety

Anxiety is a common response to situations we believe we don’t have control over, or when we believe a specific outcome is necessary. We may put ourselves into a state of anxiety – or we may allow outside influences to convince us to feel anxious. As one example, near election times, the media goes into overdrive applying pressure to coerce us to vote one way or another.

The other side of Anxiety isn’t Calm or Peaceful – it’s Confidence. Anxiety is triggered when we don’t believe we can accomplish something successfully, or when we don’t feel safe amidst current or anticipated events or changes. Confidence is a state of believing that everything – including the unknown – will work out, and that we are not facing a real threat.

The Way Out is “Peace, be still” – because when we are peaceful we can see things more clearly. When we are not manipulated into Anxiety by outside influences or faulty internal beliefs, and not prone to Anxiety.

Essential oils assist with transmuting Anxiety into Confidence as described in Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils. Afterwards, when Anxiety arises in the future, it is quickly replaced with Confidence.

Joy essential oil transmutes five other emotions – Disappointment, Grief, Incongruency, Judgment and Miserable. Read the Way Out statements for these emotions below – and notice they are all self-confirmations and self-awarenesses. We always have the power to release these undesirable emotions, and essential oils embody the frequency of the higher vibrational side of the emotion (the Other Side) to help us attain it.

Emotion Other Side Way Out Stored In
Anxiety Confidence Peace, be still Capillary
Disappointment Freedom I trust my vision Bronchial
Grief Happy Change brings growth Adenoids
Incongruency Real I see the larger picture Ears, external
Judgment Regard I am discerning Solar Plexus
Miserable Joy I am free Hepatic Duct
